The Solution:
A key objective was to maximise efficiencies through aggregation of volumes, whilst ensuring we met the specific local requirements of each office – as each local office was more focused on their local needs.
Zinc worked with the client to implement AMEX signage in small businesses across Europe and UK to engage shoppers. Once implemented, and after the trial period had ended, Zinc supported Amex to gather market data through questionnaires.
